Pam Weber, PT

Pam Weber
Physical Therapist

Pam joined Orthopedic & Spine Therapy in 2005. The decision to join OST was an easy one. “The treatment philosophies that Orthopedic & Spine Therapy provides to patients mimic my own: finding the source of pain, addressing these troubled areas, informing patients how to stave off future injury, and returning them to their everyday activities in a timely manner.” “The combination of working in an outpatient setting, as well as their emphasis on continuing education for physical therapists set OST apart from other PT providers.”

Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Vermont in 1988. She is currently completing coursework through the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to joining Orthopedic & Spine Therapy, Pam was Director of Rehabilitation Services for MJ Care in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

While Pam enjoys treating all age groups and a myriad of conditions, she finds treating older adults and women’s health issues of particular interest. Pam also has experience in the areas of wound care and lymphedema management. “I really enjoy the one-on-one time spent with patients. It is essential to be a good listener and formulate a physical therapy program based on the patient’s feedback.”

In her spare time, the Bessemer, Michigan, native enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, musky fishing in the great northwoods, and fitness training. Pam and her husband, Jon, have three children and reside in the Hayward, Wisconsin area.
