This course will help build confidence in your body’s ability to give birth. You will be able to discuss concerns about the birthing process with labor and delivery nurses and a physical therapist. You will learn how to formulate a written birth plan to advocate for your ideal birth experience. Options will be presented for pain relief, positioning, and how to be supported during the birthing process. Partners are welcome to join.
