Later, she attended the University of Southern California for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy where she served her cohort as a class representative. Anisah has a special interest in pelvic floor; she has a passion for working with individuals to address pelvic floor dysfunctions, whether related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, or sexual health. She shares “I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where my patients can feel heard and understood as we work together to restore their health and well-being.”

Anisah has additional education in pelvic health through her graduate degree program and through taking Herman and Wallace courses. She also has additional education in the treatment of Temporomandibular joint dysfunction. She uses evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and education, to address the root causes of her patient’s issues. Her philosophy for patient care includes treating each patient as a unique individual with specific goals, needs, and challenges. She actively listens to patients to understand their concerns/expectations and creates a collaborative treatment plan that aligns with each patient’s lifestyle and personal objectives.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, working out, and teaching her cat new tricks.
