Cathy has been working as an occupational therapist for 35 years. Prior to working at OST she worked in rehabilitation, day rehabilitation and school settings.

Cathy’s practice specialty is fall prevention, home safety, balance, strengthening, managing chronic conditions, healthy aging and improving function in daily activities. She also performs ergonomic evaluations. Cathy’s favorite part of therapy is the patient-therapist relationships: the chance to make a personal connection and be an educator, guide and encourager. “I love to watch people grow in strength and confidence allowing them to be as independent as possible for as long as possible.”

Cathy and her husband Paul live with a very naughty cat, Bogey. Outside of work they enjoy spending time with their 2 grown sons hiking and enjoying nature. She also bikes, practices yoga, reads and loves spending time with her family.
