Greg Mishica
Physical Therapist, PT, MSPT
The patients who have pelvic instability and lumbar spine dysfunction are a favorite of Greg’s to treat. As the pelvis is the foundation to the spine, multiple problems can occur when it is not in its correct position. Greg uses many therapeutic techniques with patients to help them find relief from pain and build up strength for daily living exercise.
When asked to give words of encouragement for anyone hesitant about coming for physical therapy Greg said, “If you are having difficulty doing things you enjoy doing due to pain and strength difficulties we are here to help you.”
Greg started with OST in October of 2021. He is originally from Copper County, Upper Michigan and has moved to the Depere area with his wife Kathie and their daughter Madi. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and exercising. His favorite ways to exercise include: playing ice hockey, snow skiing and hiking.
